4.       Consider SAA 310-25-A and SAA 57-25-A (consolidated).  This is a joint application filed by the Nebraska Public Power District, the Dawson Public Power District and the City of Kearney, Nebraska to amend Service Area Agreements 310 and 57 between NPPD and Dawson PPD.  The amendment would add three tracts of territory annexed by Kearney on the northern edge of the City into NPPD’s service area.*     SAA 310-25-A & 57-25-A (1) (NPPD & Dawson PPD) Scan of Application.pdf

7.       Designation of a Board member to serve as Nebraska’s representative on the CREPC (Committee on Regional Electric Power Cooperation) 1920 Ad Hoc Committee formed in response to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s issuance of Orders 1920 and 1920-A.  The Committee will facilitate the development of the state agreement process to be approved by relevant state entities in the western interconnection for purposes of cost allocation of regionally planned transmission projects.*

 

8.       Executive Director’s report.

 

  1. Update on Southwest Power Pool activities.

     

  2. Review of bills introduced before the Nebraska Legislature that may affect the Board or the electric industry.  The Board may consider taking a position on bills or amendments.*
