4.       Consider PRB-4063-M.  This is an application filed by the Nebraska Public Power District to construct a microwave communication facility spanning 18.4 miles in southeast Holt County, Nebraska.*     PRB-4063-M -- NPPD (1.5) Microwave Facility in Holt Co.) Amended Application

 

5.       Consider what action, if any, the Board will take regarding a potential violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. section 70-1011 by the owner of an apartment complex in the Omaha Public Power District’s retail service area.*
