4. Consider SAA 310-25-A and SAA 57-25-A (consolidated). This is a joint application filed by the Nebraska Public Power District, the Dawson Public Power District and the City of Kearney, Nebraska to amend Service Area Agreements 310 and 57 between NPPD and Dawson PPD. 5. Consider SAA 318-25-A. This is a joint application filed by the City of Wahoo and the Butler Public Power District to amend Service Area Agreement 318. 7. Designation of a Board member to serve as Nebraska’s representative on the CREPC (Committee on Regional Electric Power Cooperation) 1920 Ad Hoc Committee formed in response to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s issuance of Orders 1920 and 1920-A. The Committee will facilitate the development of the state agreement process to be approved by relevant state entities in the western interconnection for purposes of cost allocation of regionally planned transmission projects.*
