1.       Roll Call of Board members.

 

2.       Review and approval of the minutes for the September, 18, 2026, meeting.*

 

3.       Review and acceptance of the expense report for September 2026.*

 

4.       Briefing by Southwest Power Pool representatives on the proposed projects, associated costs, and anticipated benefits of the SPP's 2026 Integrated Transmission Plan.

 

5.       Consider whether the Board will accept a possible settlement offer in the appeal of Complaint C-57 (Nebraska Power Review Board v. Vecino Natural Bridge, LLC).  Due to confidentiality of settlement negotiations and litigation strategy, the discussion will likely be in closed session.*

 

6.       Consider SAA 193-26-A.  This is a joint application filed by the Norris Public Power District and the City of Seward to amend retail service area agreement 193. The agreement would transfer a tract of territory on the northwest edge of the City’s service area from Norris PPD to the City.*     SAA 193-26-A  Application

 

7.       Discussion regarding whether any of the Board's procedures followed during contested hearings should be changed.

 

8.       Executive Director’s report.
